‘Her Version’ - a digitally drawn portrait of Taylor Swift, 12x12 signed print
"Her Version" by Me! (Cynthia Sidlauskas) is a 12x12 print of my original drawing featuring Taylor Swift. This high-quality print is crafted on a matte card stock and it includes a personal note from the artist (me, again ☺️).
(The Taylor Swift albums pictured in the photos are not included, sorry!)
To safeguard the print during transit, it will be wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve with a cardboard backing and securely shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope.
Some insights on the artwork itself:
• T.V. stands for Taylor’s Version, which refers to Taylor’s re-recording project of her early music catalog.
• As a huge Swiftie, this piece was a labor of love, consuming 103.5 hours of work on my iPad using the Procreate drawing program.
• I drew inspiration from both the original 2014 album cover and the 2023 cover, incorporating the 'escaping' seagulls
• The reference for Taylor is from night she announced the release of 1989 TV, during the Eras Tour on August 10, 2023. Although I was many miles away, watching through a low-res TikTok livestream, the sight of her embracing her creative freedom, while surrounded by her fans was profoundly moving.
• While creating this artwork, I incorporated 13 hidden instances of the number 13, a cherished symbol in Taylor's life. How many can you find?
